Pet Policy
- Pet Fee: $300, refundable
- Pet Rent: $35/month, per apartment
- Pet Limit: 2 pets per apartment
- Weight limit: No more than 65 lbs.
- Fish are allowed with a maximum tank size of 50 gallons
- Exotic species: Including hamsters, gerbils, mice/rats, ferrets, rabbits, birds, and all reptiles, are not permitted without written permission from the community manager
- Breed restrictions for certain dog breeds, except for assistance animals.

Application & Admin Fees
Application Fee: $36/person 18+
